This full electrical design and installation throughout a bespoke development of five top of the range family homes included:

• Rako Intelligent Lighting control system in the kitchen, dining and lounge areas enabling the home owner to switch easily between different predefined lighting scenes at the touch of a button.
• Systemline Modular music distribution system with hidden speakers throughout the home to allow users to listen to their choice of music in one or all rooms.
• Zoned heating system to allow for different temperature and time settings across different floor levels.
• Pre-wiring for TV aerial and satellite dish and High Definition Television (HDTV) cabling and distribution throughout the main rooms of the home.
• Data network sockets in each room to enable the use of computers and telephones throughout.
• Intercom entry links from the gated private estate entry system to the ground and first floors.
• Under tile comfort heating to all bathrooms and ensuite bathrooms.
• Exterior feature and security lighting.
