Ponderosa Business Park is an exciting urban fringe development which aims to become one of the key elements in the regeneration of the Spen Valley area. The park comprises of 30 mixed use industrial, office and retail units including a conference centre and a restaurant. Extending over 40,000 sq Fully Wired were tasked with the complete design and electrical installation.
